You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

When I booked this round trip transfer, I was expecting to be picked up and be transported in a private car/mini van. This was not the case, the company rep. met us at the airport and at my hotel but surprisingly just to put us in a taxi. If I wanted a taxi, I wouldn’t have booked this online. I can get a taxi on my own and I would of paid much less. Will not book again.
