We had a good drive but the driver hurried up and cleared the car for us and our belongings was taken we didn’t get a chance to check the vehicle and when we told them they said it was basically our fault but our iPad and headphones are now gone total waste . And unprofessional.

This the only shuttle service I will use. I've always had excellent service from them and the owner is very responsive to any requests. Great crew and great vehicles.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. They are beyond accommodating and I am speechless. I had 2 flight delays of which lasted over 48 hours. They didn’t question a thing, altered the pick up date for me, and were at the airport waiting with a smile! But beyond this - I had unfortunately left my wallet in the shuttle. With everything in it, including my cash that I had for my entire trip. Within 24 hours they drove my wallet back to me and quite literally saved my ENTIRE trip! I am so thankful for everyone in this company who helped me. From the owner of the company ( I’m not sure his name) to my driver Edgar and Erick who delivered my wallet. They are incredible, hard working people and I absolutely advise you to book your adventures with them. Thank you Costa Rica Trip Guide. I am beyond thankful for you, your services, and the amazing people who work for you!!!
