Orlando from BookyBee arranged our SJO Airport round trip to Jaco, our CostaCat Tortuga Island tour and Suenos Adventure Park Chocolate tour. He did a superb job of making sure each experience went off without a hitch. For first-time Costa Rica visitors, Orlando’s guidance was invaluable. He arranged for our airport transportation driver to make a stop for supplies at Wal-Mart; the driver was super flexible; he made the longer than expected drive from SJO to Jaco informative and enjoyable. Upon arrival at our time-share, he went “above and beyond” to help us get settled. Orlando’s assistance on the CostaCat Tortuga Island turned out to be invaluable! Our friends had an ATV mishap that resulted in injuries that precluded them from making the CostaCat trip. The timing of their accident was outside the refund period for the Tortuga Island tour, but as direct result of Orlando’s intervention, their tour fee was fully refunded (over $300!). Our friend’s accident resulted in a visit to the Jaco Clinic and then a trip to San Jose Hospital for more medical care. Orlando again stepped in and helped arrange for his doctor to provide pain management medication. Our Tortuga Island tour was a high point of our Costa Rica experience. Every member of the CostaCat crew went above expectations to make the trip a huge success! To a person, they were personal, highly professional, and wonderfully committed to making the tour enjoyable. We hope that Bookybee knows how important Orlando was to our overall Costa Rica vacation!

Dealing with BookyBee was wonderful. Our contact people were Orlando and Cheryl. Our questions were answered clearly and promptly; and, I had many questions about the tours and airport transportation. We had a party of six. BookyBee handled all the details for booking Tortuga Island snorkeling tour, the Manual Antonio National Park tour and our airport transportation from San Jose to Jaco. The drivers for our 2 tours, late night arrival, and early morning departure were very helpful and friendly. All vehicles were comfortable and clean. Even when we were in Costa Rica on vacation, BookyBee was available to help with details and reminders. We, 100%, recommend the tours. I would certainly contact BookyBee for our next trip!! Thank you BookyBee, Orlando and Cherly for making our vacation perfect.
