Pablo and Malory are beyond the best in Costa Rica! We had the pleasure of taking a transfer with Pablo on our first trip to CR in 2019, and we were so impressed by his kindness and knowledge about the area. He went the extra mile with information on places we passed and even stopping for some wildlife sightings along the way! When we decided to come back this year, we knew that we had to book with Pablo again. This time we used Arenal Star for transfers to and from the airport, as well as 2 amazing excursions - Rio Celeste and Mistico Bridges. We had a great time on our drives, as well as at the excursions. Pablo is knowledgeable and he makes the excursions fun! He also takes great photos! Pablo and Malory both go above and beyond for their customers, treating us as family. We even had a great dinner with them and their families on our last night! We truly appreciate the Arenal Star team and we cannot wait to get back to see them again soon!

I was able to easily book all of our activities in La Fortuna / Arenal Area with ease. Malory took care of all the bookings and transportation. All of our guides were excellent. We had a great time and transportation was very timely. We also used them to book transfers from La Fortuna area to Papagayo as well as transfer to local airport. I would definetly recommend them so that you don't have to plan out everything yourself.
