This was the worst transportation experience I have been a part of. The driver was 40 minutes late. The vendor would not respond to any written messages and would not answer calls. The customer service rep from victor was also inept. We ordered an SUV and got a dirty old minivan. The driver stopped for snacks for himself and we were ended up arriving two hours later than anticipated. Embarrassing service level.
