Iker went above and beyond to provide an amazing experience for our tour group. While there were some mechanical issues with the tour bus, he even went so far as to utilize his personal vehicle so that we would be more comfortable on the journey. As we were chatting during the drive, Iker even provided some side excursions so that we could experience some sights that we would not have otherwise seen on our own. The winery itself was fantastic, and we were given a very thorough overview of the Txakoli wine production and some of the nuances that make it so unique. The wines themself were delicious and the view equally stunning. I would highly recommend this tour!

Customer service at its finest! We wanted a very last minute and Josu did an amazing job accommodating 6 people for a morning tour to Geteria. He responded to every message promptly.. would definitely book him .. we actually booked him for all three tours while in San Sebastián.
