Amazing cooking class. Chef was informative and supportive. Let the students do a lot of the work. We made foods we never would have attempted, like black ink squid….we even learned to clean the squid. The support team with him were friendly and helpful. A great experience and if I ever go back to San Sebastián, I would take take a different class from MIMO!

We have done several shopping and cooking experiences in Europe. Mimo is one of the best we have experienced. There were only three of us in the class so the experience was very personal. Chef Mickel guided us through shopping for cheese and seafood at the local market. What a pleasure. Back at the kitchen he supervised us, as well as demonstrating techniques, in cooking several seafood courses. Outstanding all around. The courses, selected wines with each course and the cheese course that ended the meal were excellent. Also none of the preps were so difficult they could not be done at home. Thank you Chef Mickel and also your team for a wonderful experience. If you like to work in the kitchen with an experienced chef this is for you. You will enjoy it.
