One of the highlights of our trip to Basque Country. The Cod Pilpil was outstanding. Even the meat was the best we've ever tasted! And what a great selection of wines.

Everything was perfect. The food was delicious, especially the Cod and its sauce. The gastronomic club was a place for local people. We had lots of fun.

A mi mujer y a mí nos gusta realizar, experiencias gastronómicas diferentes cuando viajamos y esta es una de las mejores que he vivido jamás. Es un lugar único, fuera de las aglomeraciones de turistas, donde sólo hay gente local. Había tanto jóvenes como mayores, donde la gastronomía era el interés común, fue increíble. Una cena impresionante, el bacalao de 10! Muchas gracias al equipo que lo gestiona.
