Our pasta experience with Monica and Diego as hosts was simply amazing!! Monica is such a friendly human being with lots of stories to tell - she's a natural and you can tell that she is enjoying every second in her element. It felt like being invited over by friends to cook together. Lots of knowledge and no cooking class indeed - it's an experience with a lot to learn! Thanks again for that wonderful evening, with lovely people and lots of smiling. Oh, and the pasta was so deliciously amazing too! Hope to see you soon sometime! ☺️

This experience has been the best event we had during our one week in Liguria. We learned how to prepare our own pasta, got background about the ingridients, practiced a little Italien language, expanded our knowledge for pasta of different regions and how pasta is interwoven in everyday life of Italiens. It all comes along with a delicious meal and a good time.
