Richard is very accommodating and everything went very smooth for me! I booked 4 tours and a ferry ride here and I saw everything I was hoping for. They constantly made sure that everything went as planned.

Leider muss ich bestätigen, was viele Reisende über die Agentur berichtet haben. Vorsicht vor den Versprechungen von Richard Choez. Die angebotene "Luxory" Kreuzfahrt war eine einfache Kreuzfahrt mit unter Deck Kabinen. Da wir dies noch vor Reiseantritt festgestellt hatten, haben wir zumindest einen Teil des gezahlten Betrages zurück erhalten. Aber auch hier nicht alles, was versprochen wurde. Geht lieber zu einer größeren Agentur und lasst euch einen detaillierten Reiseverlauf inkl. Kabinennutzung usw. ausdrucken. Loben muss ich jedoch den Mitarbeiter Marcelo, der alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit erledigt hat. Leider hat er im Geschäft nichts zu sagen.

Richard was super helpful. I booked a Pinzon trip an Isabella trip and a Floreana trip through him. He was the cheapest and the most friendly among all the agencies. He helped me with other information around the island as well. I can strongly recommend Galapagos Living for everyone!!
