Got picked up promptly from the hotel. Staff were all really friendly and efficient, I was out on the water within 5 minutes. My instructor, Carlos, is a really nice, laid back guy. He explained everything clearly but didn't 'over explain', just let me get on with it. He set a challenging pace but it was still doable even for a total newb! He gave me a few pointers here and there but otherwise he let me find my own groove. My control and confidence was much better even after half an hour. Honestly, a great instructor, I felt challenged but not overwhelmed. We had a nice run up the coast. The views are absolutely stunning. Then 10 minutes to practice turning and manoeuvring. Carlos took some photos. Then back down the coast. I had a brilliant time. I'll definitely be back next time we come to Cape Verde. All I would add is, the instructors work largely for tips so please do so. All in all, a fantastic experience. I'm definitely sold on jetskiing as a sport now!

Not much to be said other than Atlantic Star oversold their experience and cancelled my booking. Perhaps a method of tracking bookings could be invented to help avoid future problems.

Picked up promptly from the hotel at time arranged and taken to the beach. Jet Ski’s were very quick and we both had a great time and led by a friendly tour guide. The one hour went very quick but was worth it!
