Not only was I getting non stop calls and emails leading up to the experience but the second I didn’t get to go because I was SICK, the company REFUSED to give me my refund or help - claiming it was within the 24 hour period when I called more than 24 hours ahead. Hard to get in touch with anyone. Viator only cares about money. Lack of Customer care and did not feel taken care of. Never using this again
