Great introduction to Santiago with this tour with Willy. He was punctual, very knowledgeable with a very wicked sense of humour. He's hilarious. Very nicely balanced tour with good insight into the history of the city and then the more commercial and laid back perspective. This was time well spent and highly recommended. Thank you.
