  • Lunch can be at the Hotel Portillo or in the village of Los Andes. The group chooses on the day of the tour.
  • Months with snowstorm days: June to August.
  • Snowy months: May to October.
  • We can not get there when there is a snowstorm because the authorities close the way.
  • We recommend the use of sunscreen, sunglasses and warm clothing.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

A experiência em Portillo, Viña del Mar e Valpo foi incrível. Os dois dias incluíram vinícolas, In Sito e Res (Res é um show). Fomos com o guia Rodrigo nos dois dias, super prestativo, pontual, atencioso, nos explicou com muitos detalhes sobre a história, cultura, música, costumes... foi uma AULA incrível. A empresa é séria, gentil e personalizada. Rodrigo é um ótimo guia, fotógrafo, professor, motorista rs. Com toda certeza, voltaremos a fazer mais passeios com a INDO PARA O CHILE

We took a trip to the mountains and it was really really amazing! The organization was very fast and easy. We just did the reservation online and from there everything was extremely professional. I really recommend their tours to have the best experience in Santiago!!
