Booked this transfer with Viator..privately owned car with driver arrived to pick us up but was late. Then had to get to the car thus we had to catch a bus to carpark. It was explained to us later that no cars can pick up in Santiago airport due to volume and updating of airport. This was not discussed when booking. Driver very pleasant and safely to destination in Valparaiso.
