We arrived in time with Arajet , we had requested the transfer at 04:00 AM , when leaving migrations they were not, we waited about 15 minutes and began trying to communicate to the contact numbers that Civitatis send, they never responded, either at that time or days later. We must have fallen into the clutches of taxi drivers and their very high fares to be able to move . To this day they did not respond to the messages sent and Civitatis does not define the refund.Definitely international platforms should remove it from their options if they are not complicit in these brazen.

Excelente servicio de verdad muy atentos y sobre todo cumplido con el horario llega a la hora que te indican y no te hacen esperar mucho rato. Son muy serviciales y te ofrecen el servicio si uno necesita trasladarse a otra parte. Te ayudan con las maletas y todo. Excelentes de verdad
