Needed to reschedule transfer and they were very helpful with that however Driver did not communicate through ride didn’t seem to friendly

Our driver was responsible and nice! He doesn’t speak much English but luckily one of my friends can speak good Spanish so we got no problem for everything but he did asked if we need to stop for the bathroom or snacks in Spanish and I figured that out myself without the help from my friend so I guess I’ll also be fine by myself!

We requested from the service a driver who wouldn't mind making a couple site seeing stops and one grocery stop from Santo Domingo to Puenta Cana. They said no problem and charged an extra $50 which we were happy to pay.
Out driver was very unfriendly and abrubt. We are very happy people in general and he never once cracked a smile. Did not even provide water which most services do on long drives. He was very impatient. We could tell he did not want to make the additional stops. On one stop at a beautiful Cathedral he interrupted my friend in prayer to tell her it was time to go. We had not been there very long.
When arriving at condo, he started to unload all our luggage at front desk. Attendant said driver needed to drive us to our building to unload. We asked they translate that to him due to language barier. Which they did. We turned to get in the car and he had not only our luggage but the groceries unloaded and was very displeased when he had to throw it all back in the car. We canceled our plan to stop at a museum because we just wanted to get out of the car as soon as possible. Maybe he was having a bad day personally but he did not need to share all the negativity and ruin our day.
