There was an issue with our driver so we had to share the ride with someone else whose driver also didn’t show. Was a little inconvenient but we made it work.

We had our scheduled pick up at the airport which we saw the guy holding the sign and checked in with him. There was another name on his sign si he asked us to wait 15 minutes for the other people. After 15-20 minutes the other person finally appeared and i heard him tell the transport guy he wanted to go by himself. The transport guy told us to wait a few minutes and walked away with the other guy. After another 20 minutes of waiting and the transport guy nowhere to be seen we called the # and spoke to the driver told him we were waiting. Finally the guy came back by himself and said that “our driver had changed” ad we had to wait for a new one. This was total lie and just a side hustle on his part he just sent the other party by themselves on the taxi and left us behind and ordered us a new driver. This was totally unprofessional. Didn’t even give us a refund. We took a taxi instead

I was left stranded at the airport. The driver named Victor WILIVER TAVERA TEJEDA never came to pick me up. I called him several times and he did not answer. This was the worst service I ever ever had.
