Departure point: Your driver / representative will be waiting OUTSIDE the arrival’s hall, holding a sign with your name on it.

Return point: Your driver will be waiting in the hotel lobby. Please ensure that you are at your pickup point at least 15 minutes in advance.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Der Transport hat nicht stattgefunden, weil weder am Flughafen noch 2Tage später beim Hotel jemand erschienen ist. Es ist daher von jeglicher Aktivität mit Viator abzuraten
