    08:00 : Tour guide pick you up at your hotel in Sapa Tower or Sapa Retreat Condotel . Start to trekking to Y Linh Ho village and then start hiking through the rice terraces along Muong Hoa. Y Linh Ho village is surrounded by the majestic Hoang Lien Son range, located in San Sa Ho commune, Sa Pa town, Lao Cai. Along the Muong Hoa valley, from Sapa town, visitors go in the direction of Lao Chai village. From here you can see the tiny Lao Chai San 2 bridge on the left hand side below. This bridge crosses the chasm connecting Lao Chai and Y Linh Ho. The pedestrians will cross this bridge and go to Y Linh Ho.

    10h00 : Arrive Lao Chai village is also home to the Black H'mong and Red Dao ethnic groups. These are also two large villages in Sapa tourist area. Lao Chai - Ta Van village is located in the middle of Hoang Lien Son mountain range.

Oggi è il 23° giorno che sono in Vietnam e devo dire che grazie a Mao cô ho provato delle emozioni nuove, belle che hanno fatto si che io modificassi i miei piani di viaggio per rimanere con lei ed esplorare nuovi posti. Questa recensione è un modo per ringraziarla anche se so che nn basterà.

Abbiamo deciso di rimanere un altro giorno dopo la bellissima esperienza di ieri. Il trekking è stato veramente ben organizzato grazie alla nostra guida Mao cô. Bagno nella cascata, taglio di capelli e 18km di camminata (perché volevamo farlo) in mezzo alla natura e agli animali. Stupendo
