(The transportation will be by either motorbike taxi or sheared minivan, depending on the size of your group) Your guide will meet you at your hotel in Sapa, or you come to our office and start your trek from here. You can leave your luggages in our office while trekking, here you can also have a shower. Depending on your guide the treks will look a bit different. When you meet the guide she will have a map and you can decide the difficulty of your trek and where to go. You don't decide where to trek until you meet your guide. Example of a one day trek could be: 1) Sapa- Y Linh Ho - Lao Chai (lunch) - Ta Van -Sapa 2) Sapa - Ma Tra -Ta Phin (lunch and visiting a cave) - Sapa 3) Sapa - Sa Seng - Hang Da - Hau Thau - Giang Ta Chai – Sapa** *Please note that some treks outside normal trekking routes will require extra transportation costs. Your guide will inform you if there are any extra costs. **Some Sapa Sisters dont trek this route. Please add a note in the booking form if you would like this route.     Sapa Sisters provided a tremendous experience for a half day trek. We were spending only a short time in Sapa and they were extremely flexible and accommodating with coming up with a trek that would fit into our schedule. Lily our guide was great and provided us with great insight into the region and the H’mong people. We couldn't have had a better experience and are very much considering a longer multi day trek if we are ever back around the Sapa area

    We had a wonderful day led by Cho. She met us early in our hotel and we planned the trek together. My priority was to walk along the rice fields and bamboo forests and also to learn a bit more about the Hmong. Cho exceeded our expectations. We learned about twisting and weaving hemp, the indigo dyeing process and had chance to look inside a traditional home. We had a delicious lunch at a Black Hmong restaurant in Lao Chai with a beautiful view of the river. Cho made sure that there were plenty of vegan options for me. I had a little ankle trouble and Cho took lots of care of me. I would definitely recommend Cho and Sapa Sisters.

    I took the 1 day tracking tour.My tour gide was Mao. I can't give enough praise and words of gratitude for the experience I had with her. She gave me so many insights into the local culture and ways of living, we talked about domestic dynamics, herbal medicine and wild plants that we encountered on our way. I was the one asking a million questions but she was more then happy to give me answers to everything. It profoundly enriched my experience and I hope one day I will be back or if anything I can recommend it to other people. Thank you Mao ????
