Soba has been a popular staple food in Japan since the Edo period. This is an experience plan where you can make soba noodles, a classic Japanese dish, from scratch and sample them yourself. The soba experience is a popular experience even among Japanese people. You can even experience the traditional way of eating soba in Japan. Also, this plan is a Hokkaido sika deer meat shabu-shabu (game meat) set plan. It's great for a dinner with memories of Hokkaido. Please experience it as a memory of Japan. Our store is usually a popular handmade soba restaurant in Sapporo City. The soba craftsman will happily support you during the experience.

We had great fun learning how to make soba from using hokkaido ingredients. Location is easy to find with car park outside. Would recommend!

Our family of four (with 2 kids aged 8 and 10) had a WONDERFUL soba making experience with Taku and Mai. They were very friendly, warm and very patient in showing us how to make soba. The seafood shabu shabu lunch was delicious and so was our soba which they cooked for us. Taku even let our girls cut more soba noodles later on from his batch of dough and gave them spinning top presents. Our girls enjoyed the experience very much and we had a wonderful afternoon with Taku and Mai in their cosy and warm restaurant. We highly recommend this experience to everyone!!

My boys and I did this tour in December 26. I had no idea how to get to the restaurant so someone came and met me. Luckily our hotel was only 3 blocks away. We had a lovely private soba making experience and they took pictures throughout our time there which were shared immediately. We had shabu shabu for the first time and I really enjoyed myself. It was a nice way to get the kids off their phones and experiencing something cultural. A++!
