This tour is worth doing it for many reasons! First, Kevin, the guide, is a local but has an English mother, so you won't struggle to understand him as it happens with some Italian tour guides :P Then he is smart and knowledgable, but at the sime time he paid attention to our needs. Alghero is a gem and visiting it with a guide gives it that special touch!

Ho svolto questo tour in agosto 2019 e la guida è stato molto brava ma allo stesso tempo non noiosa come può capitare in alcune visite guidate. Ho svolto il tour con mio marito e ci siamo trovato benissimo, anche in richieste fuori dal tour previsto (pausa caffè/servizi igienici). La città è molto bella e con una visita guidata si riesce ad apprezzare di più il tutto! Se siete interessati a scoprire Alghero in maniera più approfondita questo tour è il caso vostro.

Me and my partner wanted to visit Alghero and discover its history, so we decided to book this private tour with Kevin. He has always lived in Alghero but his mother is English so it was the perfect mix, having conversation with a kind-of-native guide but with much knowledge of the place and its local facts. The tour is enjoyable because Kevin was always paying attention to our needs while explaining facts and intersting stories about Alghero. If you want to know many things about this town and the whole island (Sardinia), this tour is the best thing you could do. You can also ask Kevin where to eat or what to do in Alghero/Sardinia. James
