Highlights - Learn the art of Culugiones together with our cook - Location: internal courtyard of a traditional Sardinian house - Aperitif and dinner based on typical products of the area - Suitable for families Today we take you to the heart of Barisardo, a small village in Ogliastra on the east coast where you can breathe the real Sardinia life. Let's roll up the sleeves and put the aprons on! Directly in the internal courtyard of an ancient typical Sardinian house, together with our cook friend and the house owner, we will get our hands dirty by kneading and learning the art of the Culurgiones (typical local ravioli). During the processing we will delight our palate with an aperitif based on Sardinian products and then all around the table to taste the freshly prepared dishes. Enjoy your meal! Authentieke kookworkshop in Lanusei – een avond om nooit te vergeten Tijdens onze vakantie in Sardinië hebben we in Lanusei een Sardijnse kookworkshop gevolgd bij Federica – een fantastische ervaring. Samen met haar familie maakten we culurgiones, verse pasta (Malloreddus) en brood. Daarna genoten we buiten van het zelfgemaakte diner. Ondanks het taalverschil (zij Italiaans, wij Engels en Nederlands) verliep de communicatie verrassend soepel en vooral gezellig. De sfeer, het eten en de oprechte gastvrijheid maakten deze avond tot een absoluut hoogtepunt van onze reis. Een aanrader voor wie Sardinië wil beleven.

We had a great time at the home of Federica and her family. We learned how to make culurgiones, malloreddus, the typical Sardinian bread “Su Coccoi”. They delighted us with appetizers produced in their land and tasted a spectacular wine always made by them! We felt welcomed and part of the family spending with them a typical Sardinian dinner recommended to everyone!
