Highlights - Learn the art of Culugiones together with our cook - Location: internal courtyard of a traditional Sardinian house - Aperitif and dinner based on typical products of the area - Suitable for families Today we take you to the heart of Barisardo, a small village in Ogliastra on the east coast where you can breathe the real Sardinia life. Let's roll up the sleeves and put the aprons on! Directly in the internal courtyard of an ancient typical Sardinian house, together with our cook friend and the house owner, we will get our hands dirty by kneading and learning the art of the Culurgiones (typical local ravioli). During the processing we will delight our palate with an aperitif based on Sardinian products and then all around the table to taste the freshly prepared dishes. Enjoy your meal! We had a great time at the home of Federica and her family. We learned how to make culurgiones, malloreddus, the typical Sardinian bread “Su Coccoi”. They delighted us with appetizers produced in their land and tasted a spectacular wine always made by them! We felt welcomed and part of the family spending with them a typical Sardinian dinner recommended to everyone!

Vorrei valutare l’esperienza ma purtroppo non l’abbiamo potuta fare. I biglietti mi sono arrivati normalmente dopo il pagamento, ma la posizione allegata mi dava un punto qualsiasi di Lanusei e quando ho cercato di contattare il tour operator per sapere dove andare di preciso non mi ha risposto nessuno. Ho trovato poi una posizione ancora diversa nel pdf del biglietto che però portava a una casa privata in mezzo al nulla. Parlando con il proprietario ci ha detto che non era la prima volta che qualcuno arrivava a casa sua cercando questo corso. Visto che dopo ore non mi aveva ancora risposto nessuno sono stata costretta a tornare a casa senza aver fatto ciò per cui avevo pagato. Ho chiesto il rimborso

Accueil très sympathique qui nous a fait sentir « comme à la maison ». La confection des culurgioni a été une belle découverture avec beaucoup de rires, mais avec l’aide de tous nous avons réussi à obtenir quelque chose tout à fait présentable… on a enchaîné avec des malloreddus (sorte de gnocchi), puis des petits pains, tout cela dans la bonne humeur. La dégustation qui a suivi avec la charcuterie produite localement + les pâtes et le pain + des sebadas en dessert a été un très bon moment de partage et échanges avec toute la famille. T’es bon souvenir qu’on pourra raviver chez nous car nous avons ramener recettes et semoule rimacinata.
