Highly recommend this tour if you love learning early history and having a guide that brings it to life! We thoroughly enjoyed the site (which is well kept) and our guide was fabulous at explaining and pointing out interesting details.

Renato was an excellent guide, we really enjoyed the visit and its explanations. As we traveled in March the ruins were empty, and they were contemplated very quietly.

I visited Nora several times, In one of the last I was even fined for parking the bike badly. My fault, the parking lots were empty and still free. About Nora there are many things that are known and just as many unknown Nora, it seems, is an ancient city, built near pre-existing nuragic settlements, Phoenician foundation and later Punic and Roman, capital of the people of the Noritani. The difference between Phoenicians and Punics is due to the Romans who called Punics the Carthaginians which was the largest city in Phoenicia. That's why on this wonderful island everything remains poised between reality and fantasy where the difference between one and the other is very labile. In any case you must visit..
