We will contact you 1-3 days prior to your tour regarding a specific pick up time.
If you do not have access to phone or email please be ready and waiting 15 minutes prior to your tour start time. If you did not select a hotel and do not require a hotel pick up, please be ready and waiting at the front entrance of the Skylon Parking Lot B, 5400 Robinson Street parking lot 15 mins prior to your tour start time.

The fireworks and boat ride were cancelled. The couple we were with showed up late which caused our dinner time to be thrown off. We did not even get to eat dessert. We had opted for the power station tour which we missed 15 minutes of the show. The show was dreadful and boring. The best part of the night was our driver. He was professional and courteous, even though he had a van full of unhappy and disappointed customers. We will be requesting a full refund as this "tour" was well below par of what was communicated on the website.

The boat portion of the tour was cancelled due to air quality. Our guide Ken was do nice. He kept us on track time wise and is knowledgeable about Niagara Falls. Was disappointed about the dinner. Our server was nice and attentive. The meal was so so. They seat you with other members of your group so we were eating with folks we never met. The light show at the power plant was cool and interactive. Lightning up the falls was an awesome experience.

The dinner was good, just needed more time to eat. They should start at 7:00 vs 7:30. Our guide was awesome! The boat and illumination tower was totally enjoyable. Thank you!
