During an individual tour of Miramare Castle, you can explore the former apartments of Archduke Maximilian (later Emperor of Mexico) and his wife Charlotte. The spectacular location of this fairytale castle with its lush park alone is worth a visit - and I will gladly tell you the tragic story of the Archduke who was murdered in Mexico and his mad wife. If you need any kind of information or help with arrival or at any other time, you can always contact me.

Lubos e una guida che,oltre ad essere professionalmente preparata, è una persona gentilissima, disponibile, paziente, appassionata al proprio lavoro. Ci ha fatto sentire a casa e coccolati con i suoi racconti, la sua gentilezza e le attenzioni nei nostri confronti. Insomma oltre che una bravissima guida, anche una bellissima persona! Purtroppo devo dare una stella perché ci avete chiusi dentro. Dopo aver visitato il castello abbiamo visto uno splendido tramonto dal parco, ma alle 17 ci rendiamo conto, noi e tanti altri basiti quanto noi, di essere stati rinchiusi dentro il parco. Avete chiuso tutti i cancelli del parco senza che ci fosse stato un avviso con gli orari, una sirena o un'altoparlante ad avvisare, niente. Dopo un'ora a girare abbiamo scavalcato un alto cancello con delle punte che dava su una strada a scorrimento veloce, e abbiamo aiutato altre persone più anziane a fare altrettanto. Ringraziate che non abbiamo chiamato la polizia per denunciarvi!
