  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

We will definitely use this company again! Our driver was courteous, and so accommodatin. We had to wait for what felt like forever, with our luggage having been lost by Airberlin. He was very patient however, and gave us some great recommendations for food and wine in Vienna, too!
