I misplaced my phone in the taxi. When I called them up, the driver said he will bring it to me to the hotel. Grateful for that. I will definitely recommend Trident Taxi.

Avoid this company despite having booked 10 days previously and having confirmation email with vehicle reg number, drivers name etc etc they did not turn up. When i phoned at the pick up time they said Don’t worry we will be with you in 15 minutes giving you plenty of time to get to your destination. Bare faced lies despite many phone calls they did not turn up , why say you were on your way ? No regard for for where we were going or what we were attending. Unreliable, dishonest with no regard for customers do not use this company.
