The bus helped me reach my destination which is Edinburgh Castle and Palace of Hollyrood, but the frequency of stops is not as frequent as the other providers so I wasn't able to use the 48 hr ride that much. I still had to walk to the other sites.

A few days in Edinburgh so we purchased 'The Grand 48 tickets covering 3 Hop-on Hop-off City Tours, namely City Sightseeing Edinburgh, Edinburgh Tour and Majestic tour In the 48 hours we managed to complete all three tours and visited all the attractions that we wanted to If you can get a tour with Live commentary they are so much more entertaining and interactive than the audio guilds (free headphones)

Really enjoyable city tour with a great commentary Staff are really helpful and friendly . Great views from the top deck.
