Traveler pickup is offered

The tour operator can only accept the passenger's pickup location if it is a hotel (or similar) AND is located in Edinburgh city centre (i.e. Old Town or New Town). The operator CAN pickup travellers from Edinburgh Airport or Cruise Ship Terminals but at an additional cost.

We aim to provide a Mercedes vehicle but sometimes during periods of high demand we may need to provide an alternative vehicle of equivalent size, capacity and comfort.

  • A small amount of walking is involved but can be excluded

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Andy was wonderful! Very knowledgeable and very interesting. He made sure we got to see the usual spots and a couple extra spots we wanted to see. Highly recommended this type of tour. So worth the money.

We booked multiple things with Edinburgh Cab Tours. We booked two transfers (EDI to hotel and Edinburgh city center to Glasgow city center). We also booked the 4 hour tour of Edinburgh + a few hours to see the Kelpies and Falkirk Wheel. We also booked a completely customized tour/drive to visit our ancestral home in the New Abbey area. Andy was great and we felt like we left having made a new friend!

Andy was an excellent tour guide of Edinburgh. We had already seen some parts of the city, so Andy made sure we didn't go back to places we saw. He altered our tour to bring us to new places we hadn't seen. He was very knowledgeable and even made sure to keep our teenagers attention by sharing interesting facts that appealed to them. He was very responsive when I reached out to him.
