A great treasure hunt and walking tour of the city. Even though I'm local I still learned lots as we made our way around all of the clues. Very interactive and you can take it at your own pace. Ideal for older kids and friends.

Had a blast doing this. 16 workmates in teams of four. Had reservations about how it would work. I needn't have worried. It was excellent from start to finish. Well thought out clues and the app works really well! Would highly recommend to anyone looking to take a walk round Edinburgh Old Town

Did this as a solo traveller. A great way to explore the old town while searching for details that you would easily pass by if just wandering around. Very easy to follow the trail - you get directions and clues on your phone and you input your answers before you can continue . you can ask for hints if you get stuck .the trail can be done at you own pace and you can stop as often as you like . This makes you notice the details in buildings you would never have seen before Would highly recommend to solo travellers , couple and families .
