  • One hour waiting time on international arrivals, after that, there is a charge for waiting time. We do accept major credit cards, and do not insist on cash payments. Receipts are provided upon requested
  • Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and and not provided by the local supplier
  • Price is per person, based on three passengers per sedan, five per minivan or eight per limousine
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Driver was wonderful. Communicated with me and was early and waiting. Since I am an anxious traveler this was perfect for me. He was pleasant professional and informative. Made our ride so enjoyable!

The car was a Jaguar Sedan which would not hold all of our luggage. I don't know how someone fits into this vehicle. I could not get my head into the front seat (back had luggage) due to very low roof line. I am a large woman but have never had this problem before. The PRIUS we ended up using was far more roomy and comfortable. We were unable to use this vehicle and were shamed by the rude driver when we told him it was too small for our needs. If you are tall or large - ask for a different car. It is beautiful but worthless. A cab will cost you $40 from downtown to the airport.

The driver was on time. He was personable and the ride was safe. We arrived at the airport on time. The driver was very helpful with our bags.
