    On this Secret Food Walking Tour you'll discover the best local Dutch food the Amsterdam's Jordaan neighborhood has to offer. The Jordaan is Amsterdam's Greenwich Village, with its narrow alleys, leafy canals lined with 17th-century houses, quirky specialty shops, cafes and designer boutiques. You'll get to taste traditional homemade pancakes called "Poffertjes." Next, you'll sample some of the best Dutch cheeses. You'll visit a local fishmonger and dine on herring and traditional kibbeling, battered chunks of fish. You'll taste Stamppot, a local favorite. And at the end there will be a delicious Secret Dish.

The food tour was an excellent way to get to know the Dutch history, culture, food and way of life. Out guide, Jolanda was great and told us a lot of Dutch culture and history. Unfortunately due to a special holiday the fish and cheese venders were closed but we still got to try amazing traditional dished and drinks. Also the Jordaan area is beautiful. Can highly recommend!

Det var en veldig hyggelig tur med mye god mat. Fin balanse mellom lette retter og litt tyngre mat. Særlig osten var fantastisk! Food tour er en super måte å bli kjent med både byen og kulturen på.

Highly recommend. This was a great way to learn about Dutch culture through their food. Jolanda was incredibly knowledgeable about the area and the restaurants we visited served just the right amount of very good food. Couldn't have been happier with the experience.
