As a frequent visitor to London, I’ve always found the Tube quite easy to navigate but I’ve never had the opportunity to learn its history or the technology that made it possible. Amazing tour. John is a well-educated tour guide. Kept our interest and moved us along at a lively clip - very much appreciated.

Getting Wet, This tour is not what we expected, we were hoping it was a more in depth tour of railway stations, which we have done before. But this was a lot of travelling on trains and walking, which on the day was very wet, (maybe tell people to take a umbrella) I bought one when we were standing outside a shop. Overall it was wet and slightly disappointing. The tour guide was very knowledgeable just a pity about all the walking.
