We saw some beautiful parts of London we didn't even know existed. Our 11yr old was a bit bored but to be honest she's always "bored". It was beautifully organised.

I never got the link to start; customer service ignored my chats, email bounced back undeliverable, and phone call was not answered- there was a recording saying to email for assistance. If I could give zero stars I would.

Ça n’a jamais marché. Nous n’avons jamais reçu le sms, l’assistance n’a pas fonctionné et le voyagiste ne nous a pas répondu du, nous avons attendu toute la journée.
