This game is an active and challenging NON TRADITIONAL( not normal in any way!) 2 hour hunt of creative challenges, social experimentation & being amateur detectives searching for the type of local stories a good tour guide would tell you. This game is a co-creation between you and your interactive host who is customizing and interacting as you play. Specific correct answers get additional stories and facts from your host who is in your pocket on Whats App. Come ready for an exhilarating and unique adventure. You may even make a friend or two. Now introducing Eagle and Turtle team options. Choose Eagle to play an active and challenging game to get all or most of the clues. Choose Turtle to cruise at your own speed,enjoy the scenery and just do some of the clues. Both team types have the same amount of allotted hunt time of 2 hours.

  • Most hunters need to be able to walk for 2 hours. However if you have a less mobile team member, your host can make suggestions of where they can play from and interact with their team by smart phone.
  • Guests understand there is no refund for cancelations less than 24 hours prior to the game.

  • This event is outdoors and your group will be a private party. Your host will be interacting with you through Whats App to curate your adventure. There is no part of this experience that requires you to have close contact with any other person. Trees and the river- yes, people- no.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
  • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

Kids, 8 & 6, were really excited for the scavenger hunt. Once they found out it was a list of things to look for in the nature, they were highly disappointed. The list was texted to me but they didn’t build upon each other like most scavenger hunts. For the experience I think it was too costly and boring for my family.

The scavenger hunt was a great experience for our family. It was off the beaten path yet brought us some worthwhile experiences in nature, such as a refreshing swimming hole in a creek, trails rich with wildlife, and all full of natural beauty. Tara makes good use of a third party app to stay in contact with your group during and after the adventure. After we were done Tara was a terrific resource for local things to do, giving lots of pointers to help our family with a range of ages to find age appropriate activities to be engaging for everyone. Tara went above and beyond to make sure we had great time, even beyond the scavenger hunt!

Had an amazing experience follow the clues in this outdoor scavenger hunt. Tara really knows how to make the adventure both fun and a little educational. Was a great way to get to see some beautiful wildlife and enjoy a hike . It challenges not only your body but also your mind to be creative as you go..highly recommend this to any adventure loving familys or friends.
