This is a fantastic way to see Sedona sights. We took the Gambler Tour, and much to our surprise, we were the only two booked, as it was off-season. We were lucky enough to have Roy as our tour guide. He was enthusiastic, friendly, knowledgable, and funny. Before choosing Sedona Offroad Adventures, we researched tons of jeep tours, struggling to make a choice. This was exactly what we were looking for because it was a bumpy, offroad ride that was adventurous enough to have us bouncing around and laughing at the drops and turns, but also allowed us to see important Sedona attractions. We were also looking for seats that faced forward rather than inward, which is how many of the jeep tours are set-up. We didn't want to hold a railing the entire time and have to turn and angle ourselves to see the views, so this was perfect! The first 15-20 minutes of the ride is on paved road, where you will see huge houses, many of which belong to celebrities. Roy also pointed out many of the famous mountains and canyons in the distance. The skyline view was breathtaking. Then, we went offroad for a ride full of bumps and jolts (not too much to get anyone sick, but enough to be thrilling!) Even during this part of the tour, Roy told us many facts about Sedona, the jeep itself, and gave his own personal anecdotes about the land (from his favorite restaurants to types to cacti to how Sedona got its name). On the ride back, we saw the McDonald's (the only one without a yellow M logo), so it's safe the say the sights were many. I highly recommend this tour to anyone who visits, and we feel so lucky to have been paired with Roy!
