It was hard to find our guide at the location stated as he was not holding his flag up. Once we found him and received our skip the line tickets, the rest of the tour was great. The Colosseum is a must see.

In our case, the audio guide (using your recommended Colosseum app) did not work, and the gentleman who exchanged our voucher for the tickets indicated they were having trouble and it might not work. He was correct. That portion of our ticket cost was wasted and should be refunded. Also, your email communication telling us where to go to exchange our voucher should have been much more specific. The Arch of Constantine was large, with 4 sides, and many visitors around. We wasted much time trying to find our tickets.

Thank you for accommodating our updated arena and colloseum highlights. Palatine hill walk was great as well. 15,000 steps for the whole tour. We did a self guided tour and was nice to go in December. Weather was 50s and great.
We always double-check the availability with our local partners for each booking. Even though this is usually a swift process, it can take up to 24 hours. Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
