The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

Your personal driver will pick you up at Ngurah Rai Airport and drive you directly to your hotel on the island. This 1-hour service that’s priced for up to 5 passengers saves you the hassle of searching for a taxi at the airport. The driver will be waiting for you in the airport arrivals area, holding a sign with your name on it. You’ll be assisted with your luggage, escorted to your vehicle and helped with currency exchange if necessary. Vehicles have a capacity of up to 6 passengers and are less expensive than taxis. The service operates on a 24-hour schedule so that you can travel safely to your destination at any time of day or night. Return transfers from your hotel on Bali to the airport are also possible.

No-One turned up. We had no wifi or internet, unless we walked back into immigration. Called the emergency number, and multiple whatsapp texts. After 45 mins, another driver working for the company, drove us to our hotel.

Myself and my friend booked this company for our airport transfer to and from the hotel. Firstly I must say that we were utterly appalled. Having arrived at the airport, our driver- his name was Oppan or Oppian called us to say that he had arrived. Cool. However whilst he called 30 minutes before saying he had arrived and I explained to him we had to get our luggage and go through immigration so we’ll be maybe 20 minutes when we arrived to the pick up area he was nowhere to be seen and left our name card on a fence. I tried to call him after maybe 10 mins of us standing there and he gave the excuse he was in the toilet and we should wait for him. 10 minutes turned to 1.5 hours and whenever I’ll try to call, he would decline the call. I called the company, they then had to send out another car for us, however before the other car turns up.. guess who comes strolling in? Yes Oppian. After 1.5 hours. We arrived in Bali after a 15 hour flight at 23:30 and did not get into the taxi until 1:30.
In the car, he was telling us all kinds of excuses and then dropped the “I need this job I can’t get fired” line. I felt bad so called the company back explaining it was all a misunderstanding and he was a great person. He told us he’ll give us a free tour whenever we wanted during our stay and we just pay admission to places. However when the day came for it, he didn’t turn up and left us standing at our hotel, upon contacting him he told us “we were late” so he went home. I spoke to our hotel lobbyists and no one even came to pick us up, nor where we late. I contacted him again to see what was going on and he brushed it off being very rude and saying he wasn’t coming.
Let me also say that he wanted us to spend a lot of money as he was trying to con us (probably to make back the money from the “free”tour he’ll give us and then some) because we didn’t fall for it, he saw no fit purpose to drive us around. And once he dropped us at our hotel the first time round, he made a comment along the lines of “ohh you are staying at this very expensive hotel?! Okay okay”. Very dishonest person!!
If anyone needs a tour guide, I’ve got an amazing person who was extremely lovely. Sick a kind genuine soul and a careful and alert driver, so let me know and I’ll give you his number :)

Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
