Booking fee
The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

We provide the easiest way for the traveler to book airport transfer service or taxi, with english speaking driver. And this service is a private transfer service where the car can fit 4 people or family.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Super excellent service. I am traveling all the from Atlanta, USA to Bali. We have so many luggages and Mr. Bayu helped and try to put and make sure all the luggages fit in his car. We save tons money by not renting an extra car. Will definitely recommend to all our friends and family

Bayu was excellent! Not only did he pick us up from the airport but he was also available to drive us from Padangbai to Munduk and connect us to his uncle when he wasn’t available to drive us. His car was clean and air conditioned and it was always a very pleasant trip with him. I’d highly recommend Bayu and will definitely use his services again when I’m next in Bali.
