You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Our driver Vitho was very nice and knowledgeable about all the questions that I asked him. He was on time, picked us up at 8 AM in Kedonganan and drove us to Padangbai for the Snorkelling. We spend 2 hours there looking at pretty fishes (even found Nemo!) and corals. They also served us lunch and shower facilities. The ATV took us another 2 hours which was very fun and muddy, make sure to bring a change of clothes. Food was also served in a buffet after the ATV. Overall, the guides for the activities were amazing and always checks up on you every now and then. You just have to sit back, relax and enjoy your day. It is 10/10 recommended!

Our driver Kariasa was extremely friendly and his new car vas very comfortable and clean. We felt very safe with his driving style. We are highly recommending Kariasa. The activities were very well organised, smooth transit between snorkeling and ATV ride with good lunches and refreshments.
