Booking fee
The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

Bali Private Arrival Transfer: from Airport to Ubud Hotel Area, Upon arrival at Denpasar International Airport, you will be welcomed by your attentive driver at the arrival gate with a sign board with your name on it. You will then be transported to your hotel or private residence in Ubud (approximately 1 hour away) in a private air-conditioned minivan accommodating up to 5 people with luggage.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

It was such an easy process. The driver met me at the front. During our drive, we talked about the country and gave me some tip on what I can do during my drive.

Dewa, our driver met us at the airport with a sign with our name on it .
He carried our bags to the car and gave us bottled water.
We enjoyed the service so much we used Dewa another 3 or 4 times during our stay.
