Mount Batur located at Kintamani take it 2 hours from Kuta, Nusa dua, Jimbaran and seminyak. Enjoy the surrounding as you descend from the center from the vast expanse of black sans which was originally hot flowing lava. Beautiful sunrise from top mount Batur and agnificent view of the red during sun light. From the top mount Batur you will see mount Agung volcano and Mount Rinjani.

    Short briefing by local experienced trekking  guide. It take 2 hours to climb until the top mountain. We walk around the rim of the volcanic cone to see the crater of the last eruption. This volcano still active up to now and it was erupted since 1804,1814,1926 and the last was in 2000. Descending from the crater we will back down to the black lava which was originally flow down during the first and second eruption. while enjoy with amazing sunrise from the top volcano we will prepare semi breakfast to you  like egg, bread and tea or coffee. We will back down and see many monkey and local farm like garlic farm, tomato, chili, and onion. Next we will drive to the coffee plantation and than continue back to hotel

Expérience inoubliable, j'y suis allée en septembre 2018 A faire absolument. Vue magnifique Demande un effort physique mais ca vaut bien la peine !!!

En évitant de prendre une excursion organisée mais plutôt y aller en scooter, voilà une belle ballade. A partir d'Ubud la route est belle et on traverse de très belles rizières autres que Tegalalang. On passe aussi par la route artisanale qui recèle tous les trésors de Bali à prix doux. Dès l'arrivée à Batur, on doit s'acquitter d'un droit d'entrée de 35000 roupias par personne. En revanche on peut accéder, et peu de monde le sait, à la caldeira qui mérite un détour. Un chemin bien poussiéreux inévitable nous amène sur un décor lunaire typique où la moindre couleur prend tout son sens. Vue très proche du volcan. En continuant le chemin, on accède au lac et sa vie locale typique. Aucun touriste le jour de notre ballade.

this was an amazing experience. the trek up the volcano was hard but the sunrise at the top was well worth it.
