We had an incredible last minute day tour booked with Bali natural tours. Our driver/guide for the day was Adi, who was a 10/10. Adi was incredibly patient and helpful with our family. We had 3 adults, 1 who was elderly and struggled with steps to waterfall. Adi was there every step of the way, helping my mother up and down the steps. He was thinking of her through the whole day, checking she was ok. We also had a 4 year old and a 1 year old with us and he was playful and caring with both the children. Any questions we had Adi answered and was just a lovely guide to have for the day. We were able to do all the activities and visits we wanted to do. Adi took some great photos for us and was able to explain Balinese cultures to us whilst enjoying the temple, rice terrace, monkey forest. Truly unforgettable day!! 10/10 service, prompt and great people from start to finish. (Sorry not uploading more pictures as we don’t like faces on websites) but trust me there are some great photos to cherish the memories we made. Thankyou Adi ????

The tour was great and we saw all the stops we wanted to see. Adi was our driver and was knowledgeable about ubud and all places visited. He also spoke very good english. He made sure to pick us up early so we could avoid some traffic. This was my second time going on a tour from this company and both times were great with different drives. Overall good experience and would recommend.
