Very easy and seamless. Effective communication, and all tickets were prepared and ready in good time by Martika (our host for the car journeys). Martika was very informative and friendly, giving us lots of advice for the island and answering any queries or questions we had.

This was a seamless experience; picked up from Ubud hotel; arrived at port where breakfast/water was provided. The port is slightly chaotic (brace yourself). On return you let them know what day you are returning and they meet you in the same drop off spot; again lunch/water included after the ferry ride. Then dropped to our Villas in Seminyak.
