Such a memorable tour. If you want a good overview of the museum with someone who knows art history and is able to share her knowledge in a very enthusiastic manner, then Steph is your guide!

The museum is massive, so it’s always a challenge to get an overview on a tour. Jamie did a great job presenting the highlights and also putting many of the things we saw in a historical context. He was conversational, respectful of all questions and full of energy.

James was very knowledgeable but even before the tour started he reached out to make sure we knew where to meet as my phone number was wrong on the ticket. He guided 5 of us through the crowded galleries and shared his enthusiasm on many different topics and works of art. One of our party fell ill and he coordinated efforts to take care of her and then continued on our tour even though the 2.5 hours was up. Very well done. I'm not sure how I could have enjoyed this huge museum and collection without his guidance.
