  • The product doesn't include waiting time for any of Covid-19 testing at airport. If you need to do covid 19 test at ariport, you must inform us immediately in advance not to charge extra payment. Then will meet you up at certain place (Terminal 1 - 1st Floor/ EXIT GATE 6), (Terminal 2- 1st Floor / EXIT GATE 7) . If you don't inform us in advance, there will be extra charges for waiting time
  • Vehicle type can be different depending on local situation but still suitable to the number of guests

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

The driver was very professional, arrived early and that was helpful given the poor weather conditions he had to endure during the trip. Very friendly upon arrival, skilled driver to handle poor road and weather issues with heavy rainfall. Professionalism 100%
