Paul was an excellent guide. Gave great information while also letting the group explore the sites. Also gave good recommendations and tips for Seoul as well as all of Korea.

Well organised and lovely guide. Very lovely day! Definitely book it! Just to mark to other people that those who book the time make sure you keep your time..we had some irresponsible group members and had to wait and were late to last place because of them.

The trip was nice, we visited amazing places BUT our guide couldn’t speak English. I am aware that the standard in South Korea is very low when it comes to speaking English and I had other tours in Seoul and Busan with guides that made mistakes and sometimes had to stop and think before talking, but they were all able to express themselves and I could understand them. In this case, the guide had an elementary level of English and sometimes it was impossible to understand him. The tour wasn’t cheap and I expect to at least understand the guide and for him to be able to explain himself and explain things about what we are seeing. Don't get me wrong, he was very sweet and doing his best, but it wasn't enough. I am sorry also that we had only 1hour at the Morning Calm Garden as it was closing and we departed from Nami Island with 20 minutes of delay. There was another guide who took a few people with a minivan and his English was perfect: I think it’s a pity to have so much difference in skills between the staff.
