Unlike other Nami Island group tours, this tour is a small group tour for a maximum of 7 people, which makes this tour more personal and intimate. Enjoy this 10-hour small group tour of Nami Island, Petit France, and Garden of Morning Calm. Get away from the busy city and enjoy the beautiful scenery at these popular destinations.  You may also recognize Nami Island from the popular Korean drama "Winter Sonata." In between sites, visit Chuncheon to enjoy the city's world famous Dakgalbi (spicy stir fried chicken). There is also an option to make this a private tour for just your group. Note: You will not have to worry about being brought to overpriced ginseng/amethyst centers as this tour is compulsory shopping free.

    The day will start with pick up from your hotel between 8:00am and 9:00am. From there, we will make the approximately 1.5 hour drive to Nami Island(Entrance fees are not included. It is approximately 14 USD per person). After Nami Isand, head over to Chuncheon City to try the city's world famous Dakgalbi dish (spicy stir fry chicken). Non spicy and other meal options are available for all types of dietary restrictions as well. Nami Island is famous for being a shooting site of the hit Korean drama "Winter Sonata." It is also famous for the scenic tree lined roads that offer spectacular views of autumn foliage, but the scenery is beautiful year round. There are also fun activities available such as zipwire, bike riding, electronic car tour, and many more. These activities are optional and not covered by the standard entrance fee.

  • The Garden of Morning Calm, Gapyeong-gun, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea
    From there, head to the nearby Garden of Morning Calm. Garden of Morning Calm is the oldest private garden in Korea. It is an artistic space with a beautiful balance between the Korean concept of natural curves with asymmetry, and plants with synthetic materials. Scenic walkways, beautifully manicured grass, and flower beds connect the garden’s 20 different themed sections.

  • Petite France, Gapyeong-gun, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea
    The last site of the day is Petit France. Nestled in the hills, you would think that you have arrived at a real French village in the Alps. The village is inspired by the famous French novel “Le Petit Prince.” The village actually contains a memorial hall to Antoine de Saint-Exupery, the author of “Le Petit France.” Enjoy a mix of food, shops, performances, and French culture. Finally, the tour will end with drop off at your hotel.

Had a great time visiting Nami island and Alpaca World even if it was raining. Would recommend this company if you want customizable tours and excellent service. Our tour guide, Kris, was great and attentive to our needs, especially for our little toddler. He even provided us with car seat which she loved! He even gave us tips for our next trip.

The island is beautiful, interesting and peaceful. The gardens are lovely and the bonsai trees amazing. I definitely recommend this peaceful, enjoyable day trip.
